This pot and cover is part of the top-tier Centurion line from Vollrath’s Jacob’s Pride collection. It’s constructed from heavy-duty, 18/10 brushed stainless steel which resists discoloration and corrosion, and prevents flavor retention. The spot-welded hollow handles stay cool, making transportation easy and convenient. The natural finish ensures even heating, and is crafted to be induction-ready. It also features a lifetime limited warranty and is NSF-certified.
I’ve only used this pot a handful of times and it’s in near perfect condition. It is a quality piece of cookware! The one thing that should be noted is that the cover does not fully seat within the diameter of the pot (see pictures). It is the correct size cover for the pot (3713C), and I haven’t noticed that it impacts the functionality at all. The only reason I’m parting with this pot is because it’s simply a tad large for my needs. (I plan on replacing it with another Centurion pot because it's that good.
