Revere Ware 7” Rim Small Blanching Pot Colander Insert Fits 2 & 3 Qt. Sauce Pans

This blanching pan is for use with standard 7”, 2 or 3 quart sauce pan.
It could also be used as a colander/strainer also, save a little space in a small kitchen.
It would be a great addition for someone who likes to can or freeze small quantities of fruit or vegetables.
FYI – blanching is boiling process done to loosen the skin of fruits like tomatoes or peaches or to prepare vegetables for freezing.
Approximate Measurements:
Inside rim is 7”.
Pan is 2-3/4” high.
It fits nicely into a 7” inner/7-1/4” outer 2 or 3 quart Revere ware sauce pan.
This pan will hold up to about 4 cups of fruit or vegetables when dipped into a boiling water bath.
It holds 6 cups of pasta or other food to the rim when using as a colander.
All items will be carefully packaged for shipment.
