Here is a wonderful extremely rare Simplo
Montblanc
Reflex 321 from 1943, bought in Prague, when the Czech lands were under the protectorate. Reflex pens were one of Simplo's sub brands and the pen is nearly identical to their 234 war time model. The 321 Simplo Reflex
is a button filler and its amazing to see how well its made, even during a war!... plus, also the fact, that the pen pen has survived so well.
Only a fresh sac was needed.
I have upgraded the pen with a beautiful EF flex 14K nib from the late 1930s. The pen would have had a steel nib, but that has sadly degenerated beyond use, hence the upgrade made sense. There is absolutely no discolouration of the body and all imprints are superb! Due to a lack of material Simplo actually guilloched the cap rings instead of the usual metal rings. These are found only the the pens produced between 1940-45 including Meisterstucks. A beautiful and very very are piece. I have never seen another surviving 321 model here.
The pen has been fully checked and working superbly!
